The Perfect Fall Bath Scent

I received this product for free from Influenster and Philosophy in exchange for my honest review. I was fortunate to receive the Cardamom scent of the Philosophy shower gel, bubble bath, and shampoo product. I’m so happy I tried this scent, I love it! My initial impression was the amazing aroma of vanilla, almond milk and I think I even detect a hint of cinnamon and spice. It’s such a warm and comforting scent which is perfect for unwinding in the bath or shower at the end of a long day. It really gets me in the mood for the fall/winter holiday season. The scent is wonderfully fragrant but not overwhelming in any way. I enjoy the product as a shower gel but my favorite is as a bubble bath. It creates the most luxurious lasting bubbles. I haven’t tried it yet as a shampoo but I like the versatility of the product, especially for travel. One of the most important features of this product is that it doesn’t leave a residue or dry out my skin. My body tends to be more dry and sensitive but I’ve had no negative reactions. I plan to purchase other holiday scents of this product and in looking at the price, it’s mid-cost range. For the 16fl oz size that I have, the price seems reasonable in my opinion for the amount of product you get. I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family and also think it would make a fantastic gift.

A cozy, hydrating holiday treat for the shower!

This is a great pick for the holidays! Philosophy’s Cardamom Shower Gel has a warm, cozy scent that’s reminiscent of holiday baking & festivities, but not too strong or sweet. It’s hydrating and lathers nicely, although it’s not what I’d use for a true bubble bath. It can be used as a shampoo and has a moisturizing formula that’s suitable for both hair and skin. I’m gifting the entire holiday fragrance line as stocking stuffers this year.!!
